Delivery time of the product

Return and refund handling

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange it for a good product or provide a refund.

Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns, exchanges or refunds after that date.

We will cover the shipping costs for replacing defective products or products delivered in error.

We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for reasons such as a different impression of the product, no longer needing the product, ordering the wrong product, the size not fitting, the product being ineffective, physical abnormalities caused by allergies, being unable to make payment, or damage or loss due to carelessness on the part of the customer.
